The Transfer/Share of an Anonymous Patent Opposition/Appeal is a service for existing clients who would like to transfer or share the purchased Anonymous Patent Opposition or Anonymous Patent Appeal service from Man in the Middle.
Transfer:Â Any Client (A) has the possibility to transfer a Service from Man in the Middle to another Client (B).
Share:Â Any Client (A) has the possibility to share a Service from Man in the Middle with another Client (B).
The following conditions apply:
- Contract Continuation: Any new Client (B) will enter the same contract as the existing Client (A) and shall be bound to the same Terms and Conditions.
- Fee:Â A transfer or share of any Service requires an administrative fee to be paid by either Client A or Client B.
- Mutual Consent:Â A transfer or share of any Service requires both Client A and Client B to give mutual consent. Consent of both Client A and Client B will be requested individually by email after placing a transfer or share order.
